SUREFAS and Fasnap Corp. announce agreement in principle for U.S. Market Partnership
Partnership will bring the Q-SNAP, PERFIX, CAF-316 and CAF-COMPO product lines to customers throughout the United States
ELKHART, Ind. — October 7, 2026 — Fasnap Corp., a leading supplier of fasteners, attaching equipment and related products, announced today that it has reached an agreement in principle with SUREFAS to introduce and distribute the Q-SNAP, PERFIX, CAF-316 and CAF-COMPO product lines in the United States.
The proposed partnership combines SUREFAS’ innovative product portfolio with Fasnap’s established U.S. sales, distribution and technical-support capabilities. Through this relationship, Fasnap expects to expand access to these products and provide customers with dependable inventory, responsive service, and knowledgeable product support.

The companies expect to formalize the partnership prior to the ATA Expo, taking place November 3–5, 2026, in Orlando, Florida. Fasnap plans to make the full Q-SNAP, PERFIX, CAF-316 and CAF-COMPO product lines available to customers beginning in January 2027.
